It is customary for music to be played during three portions of the day…The Ceremony, The Drinks Reception, and The Dinner Reception.
You may book a package for one, two, or all three sections of the day.

Portable Grand Piano – This is a beautifully constructed instrument that will delight your guests!
All Additional Equipment – The sound equipment including Bose amplifiers and speakers and a state of the art stage keyboard will also be provided.
Crew – Two crew members that assemble and disassemble the portable grand piano are also included in the price of your package.
Consultation – Susan can help you choose the music for your special day! You can meet over a Zoom call and create the perfect set list.
Music Selections – Susan has an extensive repertoire list for you to choose from.

How big is a portable grand piano?
It is about 5 square feet and needs about 6.5 feet of floor space to accommodate it.
Will it sound like a “real” piano?
Yes, it has the same sound as an acoustic piano, but unlike acoustic pianos, it is always in tune!
How loud will it be?
Since it is hooked up to speakers, it can be as loud or as soft as you would like it to be.
What if we need her to play in different locations at the same event?
Susan has a second portable grand piano, which can be set up at the drinks reception and the dinner reception. This ensures that the music will continue seamlessly from one part of your event to the next.
Can it be set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes, it can be set up either inside or outside...anywhere you choose!
